We are a leading name in the cement industry, is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive to join our Head Office in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, and interviews
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Handle onboarding and orientation of new hires
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Assist in training and development activities
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant HR experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
