Academic & Age Requirements
Education: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree (at least 2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized university.
Age Limit: 21 to 28 years (subject to general age relaxation policies of the Sindh Government).Public sector vacancies
Physical Standards
Male Candidates:
Height: Minimum 5′ 5″
Chest: 33″ with 1.5″ expansion
Fitness Test: 1-mile run in 8 minutes.
Female Candidates:
Height: Minimum 5′ 2″
Fitness Test: 800-meter walk in 14 minutes.
Quota Breakdown
Rural Quota: 60%
Urban Quota: 40%
Women Quota: 15%
Minority Quota: 5%
Important Application Requirements
SIBA Testing Service (STS) Certificate: Applicants must have passed the Graduation Category General Screening Test conducted by IBA Sukkur Testing Services (STS) with a minimum score of 40 marks.
Physical & Selection Committee: Shortlisted candidates will be required to undergo physical fitness tests and interviews conducted by the Departmental Selection Committee.
Government Employees: Candidates currently in government service must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments.
